We love JB: Restoran Shoon Huat 顺发肉骨茶 - Part 2/2

HAPPY 2011 to The Food Collage readers! :))

Our first post of the year and as usual we continue to blog about good food that we wish to share with everyone! To continue with our JB food hunt, we recommend this other dish that is a MUST order that is cooked using charcoal and in claypot...

Claypot Sesame chicken!!

Sizzling hot when served! :)

Both Picky Girlfriend and Fussy Boyfriend really LOVE this! The moment this was served, the fragrance was so welcoming that we can't help but start trying the gravy despite it was sizzling hot! But be caution, if not will really scald yourself. The dish has lots of spring onion and ginger that really made it mouth-watering!

And the gravy goes really well with white rice that Fussy Boyfriend can't help but ordered another bowl of white rice to go with.

Chicken is tender too. Definitely a delectable dish! :)

And to beat off the heat and to quench your thirst, order this refreshing aiyu drink! Smooth aiyu jelly and has a sour-sweet lemony taste. Slurps!

Will definitely be back again if we need a short getaway :))

Everyone should try this too!

How to get there:
Take 950 from Woodlands Interchange to JB City Square Mall. From there, take a cab and ask the Uncle to drop you off at Taman Sentosa (Negotiate the cab fare to RM7 or RM8)

*Update: Our reader Ying suggest to cab via meter instead and it will only cost RM 5.5-RM6! Thanks for your suggestion Ying! :)
